4 full weeks of training plan describing each workout in detail for distance, pace. This plan will be very specific to your current fitness level and goals and will take into account your daily, weekly schedule. One time consultation will need to be added to cart also. This plan is the most affordable, but doesn't not include 2 way text, phone and emails. This plan is for those that don't want feedback, but need some guidance and structure that is more detailed than the cookie-cutter style coach to 5k programs. I encourage you to try the complete virtual plan if you are able, but perhaps you would like this as an introduction to see how it works. It takes quite a bit of time to interview you and prepare a plan that fits your lifestyle.
