Master's and Grand Master's

Whether you are new to running or just hitting your peak as a Master's/Grand Master's and want to test your abilities at this age group, I am confident that I can provide a plan for you that will help you achieve your goals.  Just because you are in a new age group doesn't mean you have to stop pushing yourself, you just have to be more cautious! Science has proven that with proper training, you can maintain a strong fitness level.  Master's runners have to be aware of different situations than you average  "young"' runner.  Injuries can be common at this age due to changes in flexibility and perhaps many miles you have put on your body.  if you are not diligent at maintaining flexibility and strength you will find yourself sitting on the sidelines come race day.
